Group Chief Development Officer
I’m Hotwire’s Group Chief Development Officer, which means I am responsible for all aspects of our sales and marketing to grow our revenue. I also build and manage our global affiliate network.
I originally graduated with a degree in Geography, but have worked in tech PR for both B2B and B2C brands since 1986. I spent a large part of my career with Text 100, helping to build the company from a 20 person domestic agency into a global agency over a period of 20 years. Before joining Hotwire in 2008, I co-founded two dot com start-ups, an experience that gave me insight into the benefits and pitfalls of being a true entrepreneur.
I have a lot of senior consultancy experience, working with c-level clients from both blue chip and challenger brands, and I’m obsessive about demonstrating the impact PR activities have on the success of our clients.
Some of the clients I have worked with include Xerox, ARM, IBM, BlackBerry, SAS Software, McAfee and INRIX.
I’m hugely competitive and love to channel this into my passion for long distance running events and more recently, triathlons.
